Wetherby Grange Park

Making use of the vast open space of Wetherby Grange Park, our all inclusive outdoor fitness training sessions provide something for everyone in the Wetherby area. Irrespective of your fitness level, sessions are run carefully to allow each person to push themselves at their own pace. OutFIT Wetherby is also uniquely open to under 18's meaning you can bring the children with you. Children must be 12 or over to take part.

With 6 years experience in the Military including 2 operational tours and 7 years experience as a personal trainer, Phill Wright makes sure that OutFIT Wetherby is in good hands. As the owner of OutFIT and training company; Creating Chaos, Phill has vast experience in both the delivery of training and educating other fitness professionals. Phill delivers most of the sessions and oversees the instructor team. As well as having great success as a personal trainer and running a training company, Phill has worked closely with a number of sports teams including Leeds Rhinos & North Leeds Hockey.

Sessions at Wetherby Grange park are at the following times:
Tuesday @ 6pm-7pm
Thursday @ 6pm-7pm & 7pm-8pm
Sunday @ 10.30am-11.30am

If you could turn up 10 minutes early with a bottle of water, that will give time to get acquainted with your trainer and fill out registration.
